In the case of an emergency you may contact your therapist via the cell phone number personally given to you by him/her or contact them via E-mail. We will respond within 24 hours during week-days to your message on our telephone answering machine at the following number: 043 810 0 810.
If you have never contacted us before and/or can’t reach anyone, please contact the Psychiatric Emergency Services of the University Hospital of Zürich (Psychiatrischer Notfalldienst der Universitätsklinik Zürich). It is situated on the Emergency ward of the University Hospital of Zürich (accessible by car). You can reach the hospital 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at this phone number: 044 255 11 11
In the case of a child psychiatric emergency in the Zurich-North area please contact the KJPD (Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrischer Dienst) at the following phone number: 043 499 26 26. They can be reached 24/7.
